Chairman's Address

Rev. Roy Cheriyan (Chairman)

It has been my privilege to be the Chairman of the Mizpah Institutions, which has a commendable history of over the past years. Mizpah English Medium School has always laid stress on providing quality education to the young impressionable minds. To us each child is unique. Our experienced faculty spares no efforts in brining out the talents of each and every student. In today’s age, excelling in academic alone will not ensure success for a candidate. To develop our students into multi-faced personalities; our curriculum lays equal emphasis on academic and extra -curricular activities. To hone the students in their areas of talents, we believe in creating various opportunities for the students to display their skills and talents. The program that we have introduced is a giant leap in the direction of developing the academic and no- academic skills in the students. Preparing talent search & scholarship exams to encourage the students to strive harder to excel in all the activities of the school.

The brick and mortar age is fast giving way to a cyber world. Technology is revolutionizing every walk of life. To be resourceful, one ought to be tech -savvy. I believe in providing our students with the right IT foundation, which will equip them with skills and capabilities to face the challenges of the emerging cyber world.

Through the introduction of collaborative learning methodology, it is my hope that the students will be initiated into interacting in groups . This would promote their social skills as well as enhance their thinking capacities . This world, in turn, create in them a positive approach to learning.

In a world where moral values are eroding fast, it is imperative that moral education is part of the curriculum. We, (MEMS) are committed to make our students understand and respect the culture and synthesis of India’s ancient wisdom and take lessons out of it. This sincerely believe would mould them into holistic and proactive global citizens who can confidently don the mantle of tomorrow’s leaders.

Thank you
